Endurance is the Key

Wow. As I reflect on the process, the process of making the Lazarus Experience Vol. I, so many different and varied things rush into my mind. Yet, above all, head and shoulders, is the quality of endurance. To endure. To keep on keepin on. To lay it all on the line.  The bible says in the book of Hebrews, chapter 12, verse 1, that "therefore we also, since surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us."

Never give up. Never, Ever. No matter what your circumstance appears to be, feels to be, no matter what is spoken, what death is announced, decreed, or declared, whether by principalities, powers, pastors, or even loved ones, God is still able. So long as there is living breath in the thing, so long as there is life, God is able.

Jesus, when knowing that His hour to be glorified unto death had come, spoke to His disciples saying, " In the world, you will have tribulation;but be of good cheer, for I have overcometh the world." John 16:33.

So long as we are in Christ, we shall obtain the victory, the triumph, we shall overcome the world, the tribulations, trials, setups and setbacks, roadblocks and potholes, lockups, and the lockdowns. period.

Eudurance is the key to maturity, full blown growth and development in Christ, beyond the elementary stages of faith. Thru the process, He will purge, prune, burn, and disinfect us of our wordliness and uncleaness. Of the sin, the spiritual decay and rot that is like an offensive odor to His nostrils, a rigamortis if you will.   To  the contrary, hanging in there, staying in race, gives Christ time to order our steps, and fashion our lives in a manner that will cause us to develop as He desires, which is directly to the fulfillment of His preordained purpose for each of us, the completion of a task for heavenly proportions.

So many things have happened during this process. But thru it all, I have remained faithful. Not that I have fully apprehended, or not that I have attained that status of purity yet,  as Paul stated, but I am continually pressin toward the mark, of the higher calling of the prize. I am still in the race. And I wont quit.

Winners never quit. And quitters never win.
